PSAs are videos created to raise awareness and change public attitudes and behavior toward a social issue. Effective PSAs often have a powerful message that sticks with the viewer, sometimes becoming part of society’s collective psyche.

Now let's talk about the questions together...
Aaaand start planning to create a PSA of your own!
Your job is to create a Public Service announcement. You must choose from one of the 3 topics below. Then create a story board for your PSA. Your PSA should be no shorter than 45 seconds and no longer than 2.5 minutes. You can work by yourself or in a group no larger than 3 people.

- Creativity - Video creation and scripting was creative; interesting camera angles. 15
- Craftsmanship - Video is good quality. Audio is heard well, camera is not shaky or blurry, good lighting and settings. 20
- Story Board - Completed prior to filming (and shown to Mrs. Linas) and TURNED IN at the end of the project with video. 15
- Effectiveness of persuasion - PSA did an effective job persuading us to think or rethink our actions on the chosen topic. 20
